Machine installation, commissioning, training, warranty and maintenance:
1)Machine installation, commissioning:
Upon completion, the machine will be inspected at the seller's factory for performance and approved by both parties before delivery.
The seller will inform the buyer of the relevant delivery information one week in advance of the delivery of the machine.
Upon arrival of the machine at the buyer's factory, the buyer will notify the seller and arrange for a commissioning engineer to work together to inventory the machine and accessories according to the machine configuration within 15 working days.
The buyer shall provide the seller with the necessary installation tools and actively cooperate with the installation, commissioning and training work.
The seller is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the complete set of machine and for ensuring that the machine meets the technical specifications and functional requirements stipulated in the technical agreement and that the machine performs its normal work.
After the installation and commissioning is completed, the seller's engineer is responsible for demonstrating the functions of the machine and carrying out trial production and processing.
2)Technical training:
The seller is responsible for the technical training of the buyer's relevant personnel.
The buyer must reasonably arrange for the relevant technical personnel, process engineers, machine operators and machine maintenance personnel to attend the training and pass the assessment.
Training content: machine construction, principles, operation and use, maintenance and the programming, setting and adjustment of important functions.
Training objectives: to enable the buyer's personnel to basically master the normal production operation, programming of program control and maintenance skills of the machine and to be able to use the machine for production in its entirety.
3)Machine warranty and after-sales service
1)Machine quality assurance
After the final acceptance of the machine, the quality warranty period is 1 year for the whole machine.
During the warranty period, the seller shall bear the replacement and repair costs for faults and damage to parts caused by non-human factors.
If the machine cannot be used normally due to the machine itself, the warranty period will be extended accordingly.
2). After-sales service commitment
The seller shall provide the buyer with timely, prompt, high quality and effective technical service
The buyer shall provide timely and detailed fault information in case of machine failure, and the seller shall respond within 8 hours after receiving the relevant fault information, including oral instructions for troubleshooting and other measures.
The seller has a fixed and perfect after-sales maintenance service center and spare parts store, and the seller is responsible for providing life-long paid maintenance service and preferential supply of spare parts for the machine purchased by the buyer.
