Industrial  Vacuum Testing  Machine for RO Membrane Elements

Reverse osmosis membrane vacuum testing machine consists of vacuum system, detection chamber, control system and data recording system.
During the working process, the reverse osmosis membrane element is placed in the detection chamber, and the vacuum system draws out the air in the testing chamber to form a certain negative pressure environment. Subsequently, by monitoring the gas pressure changes in the detection chamber, it can be determined whether the reverse osmosis membrane element is leaking or has a poor seal. The control system can automatically control the vacuum degree and detection time to ensure the accuracy and stability of test. The data recording system can record the results of each test and provide data support for quality control and traceability.
