Semi-Automatic Industry RO membrane rolling machine
1 Introduction:
Semi-automatic rolling membrane machine for industrial water treatment, suitable for industrial RO membranes 4040, 8040, 2540, 4021.
The industrial semi-automatic rolling membrane machine realizes the integrated operation of automatic welding of the center tube and spacer, closed loop control of tension, automatic gluing line, tension of the membrane roll and forming of the adhesive tape.
The machine is equipped with advanced servo drive mode with precision tooling and three-axis robotic glue application, which provides a reliable guarantee for the quality of the finished product; the touch screen and PLC control system with human-machine interface, automatic tension adjustment, closed-loop control, infrared grating safety protection and other facilities ensure the safe operation of the machine and easy to use; the whole machine is reasonably designed, aesthetically pleasing, easy to install and durable. Main Function:
1) The whole operation process can be alarmed when there is an abnormality, pressed the emergency stop switch can stop the operation, after the abnormality is lifted, and released the emergency stop switch let operation can be continued to complete the unfinished process.
2) The machine is equipped with a rotation rolling motor, ultrasonic welding motor (4 points of ultrasonic welding at the same time, adjustable), a platform lifting motor and automatic tape winding motor, the settings of which can be modified directly on the touch screen, greatly reducing the time wasted when changing models.
3) The machine has a data display, the product type and output data per unit time can be displayed on the data screen for statistical use.

d. Automatic membrane rolling machine performance advantages
1) Robot Auto Spit Glue
The machine adopts a three-axis robot with imported Siemens servo-driven motor to carry out the gluing operation. The gluing line is straight and uniform, with no broken heads and lines and no obvious large head pile-ups.
2) High qualification rate of finished products
The machine adopts various combinations of tools to ensure that the membrane is not wrinkled or deflected during the rolling process, and the robot is used to apply glue evenly and reliably.
3) High performance of the finished product
As a result of the robot gluing process, each membrane has a consistent track, which maximum the effective area of the membrane and increases the water throughput of the single membrane, resulting in good consistency, high water throughput and high quality of the finished product.
4) Good safety and reliability
Safety fence, mechanical limits, sensor monitoring, interlocking control and other safety measures are used in key parts of the machine to ensure smooth operation and commissioning processes, minimum the risk of uncertainties such as misuse and avoiding unnecessary injuries and losses.
5) Significant cost savings
The efficiency of the machine has increased, now one times more efficient than manually. The manual rolling membrane requires a lot of manual action, as opposed to the operation of the membrane rolling machine, which saves a series of actions such as going to the glue machine to receive glue, manually applying glue and marking, etc. The time thus saved can be better used for other preparatory work.

Resin savings, due to the uniformity of the robot spit gluing and minimum the amount of glue while meeting process standards, it is estimated that the use of robot glue application can reduce the amount of glue by at least 30-60%, and save on consumables such as plastic bags and disposable gloves used for manual glue application.
This is a direct and significant cost saving in the case of low product yield due to manual membrane rolls, as the high yield avoids wastage of centre tubes and film sheets due to scrap.
